1. Marketplace role & no liability

PokéLinker is a listing platform that connects independent buyers and sellers of Pokémon trading cards. We are not a party to any transaction, do not take possession of any cards, do not process payments between buyers and sellers, and do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, card conditions, pricing, availability, or seller conduct. All transactions occur directly between users, off-platform, at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokéLinker and its operator disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, fraud, misrepresentation, non-delivery, or dispute arising from use of the service.

2. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and authenticity of anything you list, for honouring your own shipping and pricing terms, and for complying with all applicable laws and tax obligations. You must not list counterfeit, stolen, or infringing items.

3. Accounts & conduct

You agree not to abuse, spam, scrape, overload, or attempt to breach the service, and not to circumvent rate limits, anti-spam controls, or paid-feature gating. We may suspend or remove accounts and listings at our discretion.

4. Paid promotions

Optional paid promotional features are billed via Stripe and are non-refundable once a promotion period begins. Features expire automatically at the end of their term.

5. Not affiliated with Pokémon

PokéLinker is an independent fan-built marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or The Pokémon Company. All trademarks and card artwork are the property of their respective owners.
